These guys made the repairs process so easy. The 4 week wait to get my car in was very much worth it. Not only are they honest, they try their best to deliver the most affordable high quality service. Can't recommend them enough.
Very happy to give a 5 star review for Little Knocks. Took my vehicle in for a repair and when it came time to pay I was told the quote had been reduced significantly. There wasn't as much work as initially thought. As I had accepted the quote, he could have charged me the initial amount. He was honest about it. Said that's not the way he works. That doesn't happen very often when a female takes her vehicle in. So a very good experience, great customer service and to top it off, the car had been cleaned!
Would highly recommend the guys and girls at Little Knocks to anyone in need of repairs. Got a few other quotes beforehand and Scott was the first person to give me actual helpful suggestions and substitutions so that the repair would still fit in my budget. Everyone in the office was super helpful as well, always keeping me up to date and helping me deal with some pesky insurance companies. And the job itself was great, car looks perfect and brand new again. Great customer service! Made the whole ordeal so much more pleasant to deal with.
Scott, Sarah, and Russell have done amazing with my mx5 repairs. It was a long time coming but it was finally finished, while I visited their shop every week!
