Liuna Station was our dream wedding venue! We were looking for a one-stop shop and they truly delivered in their service, food, communication, and professionalism. My bridesmaids and I got ready in their boardroom in the morning (for an extra fee) after our AirBNB cancelled on us last minute. Their last-minute accommodation provided much stress relief. I opted to pay for their food/beverage, and mimosa package for the girls and I while we got ready. I did not have to worry about set-up or cleanup and started the morning off calmly while surrounded by love and laughter with my bridesmaids! The attendant was lovely and would periodically check in with us throughout the morning while giving us space as needed. We started off with Michele as our operations manager which later transitioned to Patricia S. Miranda handled all the payment, and the administrative staff were always available to answer our questions on the phone. Patricia S was such a pleasure to work with! She responded promptly and with detail to all the e-mails we sent. I appreciated how detail-oriented she was and how she would point out items that I would not have considered beforehand. For example, she suggested the ideal layout for parent tables in the ballroom for optimal viewing, ceremony arrangements for guests, tweaks in the day-of schedule, layout for the cocktail hour, and much more! We utilized Liuna's beautiful architecture throughout our day and enjoyed the ability to stay on-site for couples portraits, bridal party pictures, our ceremony, cocktail hour, and our reception. This made our guest experience seamless, since no travel was required from the ceremony to reception. The antipasto bar was a show-stopper during cocktail hour; our guests kept raving about the quality and quantity of food! While we hired our own coordinators, Liuna did provide a day-of coordinator as well. They followed the lead of our coordinator without any issues, took care of our guests, and regularly checked in with the groom and I throughout the night. Just some things to note: - They have different food and alcohol tiered packages that you choose from. You finalize your menu with Liuna during the final details meeting which took place around 3 months prior to our actual wedding date. The prices of these can change slightly from the date you sign your initial contract. This is to reflect the most current market prices - Your one opportunity for your menu tasting is set during their Valentine's Day gala - Decor set-up is the responsibility of the couple (Liuna's day of coordinator can assist with placing ready-made decor on the tables, but we wanted to make sure that our bases were covered which is why we hired an additional external coordinator) - Chair covers are an extra fee for both the ceremony and reception - We chose the King George ballroom (on the lower-level of the building) and loved how the doors led straight to the parking lot. Outside of our ballroom was a patio space that allowed guests to take a break throughout the evening and throughout cocktail hour (where you are permitted to bring out alcoholic drinks). There was another wedding upstairs in the main ballroom, but we did not hear any sound from them at all throughout the night. Liuna takes care of you as a couple, but most importantly, they treat your guests with the same respect as well. We loved how seamless our day went as we got to focus on the beautiful setting, time with our loved ones, great food/service, and of course cherishing the special moment of becoming husband and wife. We would definitely recommend Liuna Station to couples looking to get married!
We had an amazing experience with Liuna Station hosting our wedding ceremony and reception. From the initial meeting through to the day of, every detail was covered and they were a pleasure to work with. Always professional, helpful, and accommodating. Our guests are still talking about how great the food and service was, how beautiful the venue is, and what a great time they had. Thank you again for making our special day seamless and enjoyable!
Attended my niece, Madisons Graduation today. The venue was spectacular. Well organized and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Liuna Station, you will not be disappointed. Thank you for stepping forward in a last minute situation to arrange memories that will last all of the Graduates lifetimes. Bravo 👏 👏 👏
Absolutely in awe of this venue & incredible staff. We had our wedding here at Liuna on June 7th and are so happy to have made lasting memories there. The service, the food, the venue itself is top notch! Our guests cannot stop raving at how amazing our wedding was and how unreal the food was! Thank you to everyone who took part in making our event as successful and beautiful as it was. Shout out to the office workers, our event coordinator: Patricia and the executive chef. We will continue to rave to others about Liuna and hoping to attend more events in the future!
Very nice banquet hall. All the halls are very nicely decorated. Nice high ceilings with a good comfortable temperature inside. It was an old train station and still keeps its charm very well. Staff are so amazing here. They want to make sure you have the best experience. They make you feel valued.
