What a refreshing experience on Sunday, Jan 18,2026 at the Summerlin Living Spaces Store! It was my first time in the tore and I was provided great customer service with Erika! She was able to answer my questions and wven proved a tape measure! After my purchase Jason assisted with storing my item for pick up the follow day. He was polite and very personable! Thank you both for the great experience...I will be back & have already shared your info with two friends!
Living Spaces is always buzzing, and with so many people on the floor it can be easy to feel overwhelmed — especially when you’re making a big purchase. I got lucky and ended up working with Sara, and that made all the difference. She was knowledgeable, calm, and somehow knew I needed more than just options — I needed confidence that I was making the right choice. No pressure, no upselling, just honest guidance and great instincts. Exactly what you want when you’re staring at couches wondering if this is going to be a regret decision. Sara is a 10/10. I’d absolutely shop here again… but thanks to her, I won’t need a new couch for a long, long time. She helped me land the best couch I could have possibly gotten, and I couldn’t be happier.
We spent months shopping for new chairs for our dining room table. We visited every store in the Las Vegas Valley in this location have the best options at the fairest prices. The staff does not work on commission and is not pushy yet very helpful. They will check in but not hover it is quite nice. Not to mention when you do buy something and go to pick it up at the loading dock the guy back there is so nice fun friendly and helpful and really knows his stuff. That coming from someone who is very particular and critical of these kind of things which makes it all the more impressive for me to want to leave a review. I wish I remembered the gentleman's name because he left such a great impression with both my wife and I.
Liz was so great doing All the math to configure our couch to fit our space perfectly. Everyone was so nice and helpful and we got a great deal and super affordable delivery. We have been looking for months and are confident we found the best set up with Liz’s help!
Sandra at the Summerlin location was such a great consultant! I give her a 10+. She was patient while I sat and looked at this stunning buffet and hutch until I knew it was the one for my new home. It was just delivered and the gentlemen were very careful with these two very heavy pieces. Centered it where I wanted after a few ‘no left, no to the right now’ directions. I have purchased many items over the last 10 years from Living S and am always impressed with the quality of the pieces coupled with amazing prices. Never once have I been disappointed. This piece is stunningly elegant to display my mother’s beautiful China. It is a soft slate gray, warm on the eyes and without a flaw. I’m still living out of boxes but wanted to post a review so the pics won’t show the final display. I’m going back soon for accessories for my new home.-
