What a wonderful experience for shopping for indoor house plants!! I was greeted warmly and then asked what I was looking for. Based on my light in my apartment, they were able to point me in the right direction of what plants to purchase. The plants were very reasonably priced, and I was thrilled with how they wrapped my plants to go. Wonderful experience!

Came here to get my mom a gift and they treated me so nice and the plants all look so beautiful!!! They were very helpful with me on how to take care of my plants. 10000000% recommend to shop here!!! 🙌🙌🙌

Brian and Vanessa are awesome! I called them a few months ago because my plant was doing poorly and I didn’t know how to fix it and we coordinated a plant house visit for the spring. They helped me understand what changes were needed to give it the proper conditions to recover and thrive, repotted it, put adequate soil & fertilizer and neatly placed a bamboo stick to help it stand upright. Highly recommend them ♥️

For years, when I needed a green plant, I went to a florist, Trader Joe’s, or an outdoor market. But those venues were mostly interested in The Sale, and not in the plant and how it would be cared for. During the Covid years I found the very reasonably priced (!!) Living With Green” nearly a mile from my home, and now shop exclusively there for plants. Brian and Vanessa possess a keen understanding of All Things Plants; and in a friendly and professional manner will help you figure out which ones are ideally suited for you and the space in your home. Their interest doesn’t end when you walk out of the store carrying a plant. When you return to East 81st Street with questions — they will patiently answer them. If you send them photos of a plant in distress — they will counsel you. When you need a plant re-potted or to have soil added to it - they will meticulously attend to that as well. Every plant we bought at Living With Green looks fabulous (see sample photos ), and I intend to get more. Highly recommended!

This is the best plant shop in the city! I will never go anywhere else. The couple who owns this store was extremely helpful in deciding the right plant for our space, how to care for it, and everything to expect. They’re so knowledgeable and I’m so thankful that we visited Living with Green for our new Dracaena Hawaiian Cane!
