Had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke with was honest, kind, and responsive. When I called, customer service was excellent, and Sam, the technician, was professional, efficient, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. My garage door broke and they were out the very next day, fixed it quickly, and the price was very reasonable. I’d absolutely recommend them.
Extremely impressed and happy with the service I received from the person answering the phone to installer everyone was competent and friendly. They answered the phone first time I called and scheduled me for a same-day appointment. They were here in less than an hour and quickly replaced my lifter and spring for a very fair price. It is hard to find companies like this these days. They have definitely earned their five star rating! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs garage door services!
My garage door got crushed in by a drunk driver. I called LMS on a Sunday and they were here the next morning to measure and Thursday to install. Everything went smoothly. They're excellent at communication, stellar customer service, extremely knowledgeable, reliable, friendly, and helpful. I cannot say enough great things about them. Highly recommended! 2nd review: My garage door came off track twice since having it installed and both were after the 90 day warranty. It was happening randomly and I was concerned that it would cost me more money out of pocket. I contacted LMS last night, via email, and they were here at 8am this morning to fix the manufacturer defect that was causing the issue. Once again, LMS saves the day!! Excellent customer service is hard to find nowadays so when you do find it you've gotta shout it from the internet rooftops!

Great experience Christian came out and replaced the springs really fast! There was no predatory sales tactics, he kept it honest. When the time comes for the replacement LMS will be my go to.
