Excellent experience! Staff were really friendly and added to the escape room vibe - Jess in particular made us feel very welcome and was super helpful! Very professional and Jess would make me book again (a really nice personal touch)!
A 'Grand Day Out" indeed! We attended today 24/1/26 and completed the Wallace and Gromit themed escape room. It was overall a brilliant experience. We had a party of 10 so split across two rooms of 5 doing the same activity in identical rooms. Upon arrival we went to Wallace and Gromit themed waiting room. The room was really well decorated, had a couple of games to play and a great spot for pictures. The host (I believe called Mags) then introduced (in character) and gave some background. Mags was excellent very entertaining and friendly. The room itself was really good fun (no spoliers). Our group spanned a range of ages with 65 years between oldest and youngest and everyone loved it. Special mention for the member of staff facilitating one of our rooms (Sorry didn't get your name - room 11) who was really good and helped a lot with one unforseen item with my daughter. Upon exit and Mags kindly taking some photos for us. We had a chat with Charles. As per the theme of the day another excellent member of staff. Happy to answer questions and to go the extra mile to explain things or show props. We will be back to try another room for sure. Would also love it if they decided to do another W&G room or more rooms branded to all the family. Thanks for having us.
Attended with 2 mates on holiday. We have done escape rooms many times and it was great. Charles (our host) encapsulated the theme of the escape room and made it thoroughly enjoyable. Bringing a sense of excitement and mystery to the experience.
Did the Wallace and Gromit escape room here yesterday and everything was fantastic! Our host George was so engaging beforehand and lovely to chat to while getting a photo after the game. All staff we interacted with were so friendly. The design of the waiting area and room itself was amazing, especially for a fan. Great for smaller teams too as we were a team of two :) highly recommend all around! 💗
We had a GREAT experience at locked in a room! The staff were so friendly and enthusiastic which made the experience even more fun! Great for a big group activity and a bit of friendly competition. Shout out to George who was an absolute legend and made the experience even better for us!
