I have been taking my cat to get groomed with Emily for a while now and i am so so happy with the service every single time! Ive attached some before and after photos for reference of the incredible work Emily does for Aura. I’ve already recommended her to a friend who also had an amazing experience and I will continue recommending them as much as i can because they deserve it :)

If you’re looking for a teddy bear haircut for your cat this is one of the only places to do it in the KW region ! Emily was our groomer who also grooms my friends cat and she did a great job, just as we suspected ! The service team was very helpful during the process of booking and drop off and pick up ! My one only feedback is that we have found that the website could be more user-friendly ! Thanks Emily 😇

Rick, Thomas and their staff are superior. Sadly, I had to say goodbye to my sweet boy a month ago and his adorable cousin a little over a year ago but Finnegan and Molly LOVED their time here. They would literally run in the front door. When Inwould pick them up they would have their tongues hanging out, tails waging and I kid you not, smiles on their faces. They would be exhausted from their stay. I never worried about them while they were there whether it was for daycare or a week long visit. When I lost Finnegan last month, Rick sent me a lovely note on behalf of the staff. I will continue to recommend them and if one day I bring another dog into my life, they will 100% be a client. Thanks Lonsdale, for being so kind and loving my furry babies like your own.

We've been taking our dog here for years to get groomed. The service here is exceptional. The people who care for every aspect of our pup and the safety and the health of that pup. We also use this place to board our Kat. My cat is my best friend and I don't trust anyone with him but this place is beyond exceptional very helpful very professional and amazing. I will always recommend this place for everything.

I have a Maine Coon cat who is very difficult for me to try and groom at home. He has gone twice for grooming with Emily and both times he looks great. I am amazed she is able to work with Mowser and finish his grooming, but I am very thankful. I honestly expected a phone call to come and pick him up early because he was too uncooperative. I highly recommend going to Emily at Lonsdale grooming! Attached are pictures of the menace 😉 and his cute 'snowball' feet.
