I been waiting an hour for a doctor to call me in and some guy with a green shirt wasn't even here for 30 min got called in before me im so annoyed at this point but this is the only place I found that does walk in everyone got seen that was before me as they should but for someone to get here and only wait like 15-20 min I'm here waiting 1 hour 12minutes the lady in front was really nice and said that the dr was going to call me in shortly that she signed off so let's see how this goes 3:23 I'm still here a family literally just called like I need to know what number to call to file a complaint
This clinic is an absolute mess. They schedule people for a time they aren’t even open. This is the third time I come and they are always opening up late. It’s insane how they overbook people.
Came to get my prescription for my glasses here thank you to Lilly super helpful only person who honors the appt system front desk needs to work on their attitude and be more on top of it they wrote my name wrong and told me there was a 2 hour wait even with an appt but thanks to Lilly I was in and out I would maybe come back here not 100% sure but I got my glasses made for only a 20$ expedited fee for same day.
I was so impressed with the staff and the services. They were very nice and clean and they provided quality customer service &support. It felt like the good ole day when I would go as a kid with my Mom and everyone in the community would just be chatting and enjoying one another. I truly enjoyed my visit
I always love coming to LA Eye center. I feel like front desk is fast even to be called for the first exam is quick. They take their time with each patient they are attentive and listen to your concerns and make sure you get the right prescription. I don't feel rushed at all even though they stay busy. Honestly that’s probably the only reason they take a while to call you in there’s a lot of patients on top of that I was a walk-in, so I feel like my wait was understandable . That being said I wouldn’t say don’t go here because of the wait just go with spare time because you could take 2hrs on a Saturday as a walk-in. Either way I still love coming all the staff is friendly and they go above and beyond to help you and answer all your questions.
