First time in Chicago and my first time trying real Chicago-style deep dish pizza — recommended by my boyfriend. All I can say is: it was such a great experience and absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly thick and buttery, the sauce was rich and flavorful, and the cheese was amazing. Definitely something everyone should try at least once when visiting Chicago. So worth it!

I've tried both Lou Malnati and Giordano... multiple locations. This was the best from my experience! The staff is cool and will happily tell you the history and give honest recommendations. Had a great experience at Lou Malnati’s! Sean, our server, was phenomenal and extremely attentive, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. I ordered the Mike’s Hot Honey deep dish pizza and it was outstanding—the sweet heat paired perfectly with the rich, buttery crust. Excellent service and amazing food all around. I’ll definitely be back.

The pizza is always amazing. We had a sausage Chicago-style deep dish and a thin crust pepperoni pizzas (5 stars). As for service, our waiter was the best! Very friendly and professional (5 stars). However, for the atmosphere (2 stars). The only negative experience was that it was below freezing outside and they sat us by the door even though there were many tables available in the back of the restaurant. It made it for uncomfortably cold dining. My advice is never sit customers by the door of a restaurant when its freezing outside because as other customers come and go, the customers have to endure blasts of freezing cold temperatures. Could have been a one star rating for atmosphere, but we had warm jackets that we had to wear while eating.

We had a reservation, and we were so glad we did because the place was buzzing and full of energy. We started with calamari as an appetizer — perfectly crispy and delicious — and then enjoyed a large Chicago-style pizza. The size was great for sharing, and every bite was rich, flavorful, and truly worth the wait. It was a wonderful experience and a great introduction to Chicago-style pizza. We’d definitely go back. 🍕✨
