Love Your Body is one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The vibe is welcoming, the workouts are fun, and every trainer brings unique skills that keep things fresh. They push you in a supportive, no-pressure way. The space is clean, the equipment is great, and I’ve seen real progress. Highly recommend.
So many great things to say about this gym. I joined in June for the two week trial, and then there was an offer to pay for the whole year at a discounted price. I was originally nervous to make such a financial commitment because I had joined gyms before and life always seemed to get in the way. However, I'm really glad that I did. The classes are amazing with each instructor. I have tried a variety of the classes - weekends (with and without kid), Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday mornings. Every single class has made me feel great afterwards. The instructors are really knowledgeable and give great variations and the other participants are very friendly. Life happens sometimes and I don't get to go to a class for a week. In the past, I would lose the motivation and that week would turn into multiple weeks or months of not going to the gym. At LYBF, I just get back to it when I'm free and I'm welcomed back. It's so nice to just show up and get told what to do and seeing the strength improve week after week is a lot of fun. Also, the family bootcamp classes are just so amazing. The fact that I can bring my daughter along and she can see me working on getting strong, I think it helps parents focus on themselves while also modeling healthy habits of fitness for the next generation.
Can’t say enough good things about LYB — the workouts and trainers are amazing. The strength class keeps me physically and mentally healthy and makes up an important part of my self care routine as a new parent!
Had a great experience with this gym and trainer Julia! My daughter’s competitive sport team used this space and trained weekly - and they were always excited to go. They enjoyed the experience so much they begged for their sessions to be extended beyond the regular season. Julia took the time to understand the performance needs of each athlete and tailor programming accordingly. She even came to watch them play on her own time and support the players!
Love Your Body Fitness is more than just a gym—it’s a genuinely supportive and empowering community. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by Kate and her incredible team. The focus here isn’t on weight loss, but on building strength, confidence, and a healthy relationship with your body. After experiencing back-to-back concussions, I wasn’t sure how I’d get back into movement. I haven’t been able to return to sports, but attending classes twice a week at LYB has been a game changer. The instructors are so knowledgeable and compassionate—they’ve helped me adapt workouts safely while still challenging me and rebuilding my confidence in what my body can do. The mid-day classes have been the best for my particular schedule but there are so many different options for classes and time-slots that you could never get bored. The Family Bootcamp classes have also been a lifesaver on days when I don’t have childcare. Being able to bring my kids along not only makes it possible to show up for myself, but also shows them firsthand how important it is to move your body and take care of yourself. Whether you’re just starting out or looking for a space that celebrates all kinds of bodies and abilities, I couldn’t recommend Love Your Body Fitness more highly.
