I’ve taken my car here twice, due to damages to the body of my car from construction sites. (Think: giant forklift running into it). Each time, they’ve been flexible, worked with my budget, my schedule and have provided outstanding customer service. They returned my car to me in a better condition than it was in when I brought it to them (not just the exterior but also the interior). They always do a beautiful job! They’re courteous and very knowledgeable. If an unfortunate accident like this happens again, I will absolutely come back here. This is the only body shop in Phoenix you should consider.
I am beyond impressed! I worked with Warren at the shop who gave me a realistic idea of what to expect. My particular car has something very similar to hail damage and he educated me on my options and he delivered! I really think that his hail damage specialist is a miracle worker! He was able to retain the original factory paint while making the repairs my car looks as good as new! I enjoyed their text message updates and the convenience central location. Definitely recommend them to my friends and family for any autobody repair needs! in the before photo you can see one example of many, many dents all over my car that they removed and made look brand new! I’m still stunned that they were able to remove the dents in the before photos posted with this review!

Great experience at Lovetts Body Shop in Phoenix, AZ. Ran over tire tread on the freeway. Unavoidable incident. Tore up the front bumper requiring full replacement. Paint matched extremely well. Very happy with the work. Professional staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the shop.
I had the best experience here. The customer service was outstanding—big shoutout to Sean and Warren. The entire process was transparent and informative; I always knew what was being fixed and got a clear cost breakdown. The timeline they provided was met, and I was more than pleased with the result. They assured me they drove the car to make sure everything was fine and safe before handing it back, and they even cleaned both the exterior and interior, making it feel brand new. I also really appreciated them taking the time to scrape off rust on some parts just for the overall health of the car. I can't recommend this shop enough. The before photos are a bit dark, but the bumper and brakes were fixed—and now she looks and sounds great.
