I recently used Lovi Pet sitting services over the Christmas period. It was our first time using a cat sitting service and I can genuinely say we were very impressed with the level of service. They provided a pet webcam (we had one already however the extra camera meant we could watch them in different zones which was a dream) they even provided an automatic feeder which I hadn't even thought about which also meant that the cats would get their cooled wet food at a set time later on after her visits (saving us from having 2 visits a day and only then needing one). Our older cat can be a bit hostil towards unknown visitors , however he quickly warmed to Maria and that was because of the extra time and energy she put into each visit. She brought extra toys for our kitten too which provided extra entertainment for her whilst we were away. I honestly was able to relax knowing our beloved cats were not all alone and being checked on and looked after. The communication was amazing too , with photos and messages about the cats after visits and during boxing day I asked if she could reconnect our other webcam because the cats must have knocked it off the side and it was offline, this was no issue and the webcam was back online again so I could see the cats on their cat tree. The value for money was very good too especially for the Christmas period! Usually when we come back from being away our cat takes a while to settle back down as he has obviously been missing us and felt lonely. However this time it was like he was happier - he did jump into my arms and give me face kisses but no anxious behavior or jumping at every small sound like previous times. I couldn't rate Lovi Hotel and Pet sitting any highier to be honest! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I have been taking my 2 guinea pig to Lovi pet hotel for a while now. They are just the best. Easy way for the booking on line. And they are always so lovely. Highly recommend

Can't recommend enough. My bunnies have stayed with Lovi Pet Hotel twice, and Maria is absolutely brilliant. I have older buns, 10 years old (one with arthritis) and Maria made sure my babies were well looked after, washing my bunny with arthritis as he couldn't clean himself properly and even made a little wheelchair for him. Thank you.

Amazing pet hotel for out kitten Mimi. It's a secure, well looked after, clean place for cats. It was so reassuring to watch our cat whenever we missed her and wanted to see her with the CCTV access they provide. That says alot about a business, and how confident they are that they are running a good place with nothing to hide. It was the first time our kitten had been anywhere but home and she was so loved and looked after. Maria runs an amazing place and loves the cats like her own. What more could anyone ask for. We will always use Lovi Pet Hotel without any hesitation, only the safest and best for our Mimi. Thank you Lovi Pet Hotel for everything. Look forward to many more future bookings!

The staff are very friendly and attentive. The room has a camera that you can see your cat when you enjoying your holidays. I am sure my cat Mimi enjoyed every moment in this pet hotel. Thank you so much for taking good care of my baby will definitely recommend it.
