The Loyal Dog Club offers an excellent dog walking service. They are prompt, professional, and make scheduling walks easy. At the end of each walk, they provide a detailed progress report that includes pictures. Kerstin was friendly and knowledgeable, and she took great care of my 10-month-old puppy. I highly recommend their services.
I’ve used a lot of walkers throughout the years, and no one comes close to Loyal Dog Club. They are very professional and communicative, with detailed reports from every walk. I’ve also used their in-home overnight service which was a great success. They were able to squeeze me in last minute on 4th of July weekend which would never happen at any kennel I’ve used. I know my dog is always in great hands with LDC!
I cannot recommend this company enough. I have used Rover for dog walking in the past and have had very mixed results. After having tried Loyal Dog Club, I have complete trust and faith in the walkers that they are paying very close attention to my dog as well as they are safe in their hands. The whole experience is great- they show a map of the walk your dog completed, summarize every walk in complete detail (down to how many times the pet went to the bathroom), and their body language and discuss everything that occurred on the walk. They have always shown up for their shifts, been extremely communicative, and show they truly care about all of my pets. I think they are reasonably priced too. It makes me feel at ease that the walkers are subject to a background check too. I could not be happier with this service and appreciate them so much. Shout out to Kerstin, she is the best!
The Loyal Dog Club is outstanding … everyone on their team treats our girls like their own. I had never used a service like this before and cannot give them a strong enough recommendation. They take such sweet care, send fabulous updates and pics and always go above and beyond. Lucy and Daisy give them 5 stars!
We love Loyal Dog Club. I have two reactive rescues and the walkers are so patient and accommodating with them. My dogs look forward to their walks or let outs with the walkers that are assigned to them. The walkers are all prompt and reliable. The communication is great.
