My little Morkie usually hates going to the groomer, but Katie has a real gift for making her feel calm and at ease. I was so relieved to find someone who’s not only talented but also incredibly patient and kind. She takes the time to make sure my Mela feels safe, and the results are always perfect—clean, cute, and happy! I can tell she truly cares about the dogs she works with. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond!

Katie is absolutely amazing! Our dog, Alfie has been terrified of groomers his whole life but Katie was so patient with him. She listened to what we wanted/needed and takes excellent care of our boy. Whilst he'll never be totally happy being groomed, he walks in with little resistance and goes straight to her. It's such a relief knowing he's in safe hands.

Katie is a fantastic groomer. My old dog had his last couple of grooms with her and he was so well cared for. My new girl had a few puppy grooms from Katie and now trots in for her full cut and blow quite happily and she looks fab.

Since Lucky Dog came to the area, my dog has had around 4/5 grooms, and each one has been perfect. She has never looked so smart and I can tell she is so comfortable with Katie. Katie’s communication is always brilliant and she insures she can fit Ivy in. We’ve tried quite a few groomers in the area and this is definitely the best we’ve experience for our cockapoo.
