Our experience here was amazing! They allowed us to change appointment locations, provided amazing customer service, talked us through our decision making process, they validated our parking, and the dog was friendly and adorable! All around this was an amazing experience and we will be back!
I recently visited Lucky Gold in Oak Park with my boyfriend and we both had a great experience! The shop is by appointment only so the girl who helped us, Lexie was ready to get started as soon as we showed up. We each got a bracelet with a small charm, and both felt the quality was really nice! Lexie was very kind and efficient, making the process quick and enjoyable. Everything was also well-organized making it easy to look through our options, which we really appreciated. If you’re considering permanent jewelry, I’d recommend checking this place out. Jill was absolutely amazing! I booked an appointment through her website (super easy and simple), showed up to her super cute studio and had a great overall experience. She had tons of chain options and was very friendly and patient as I made my decision on what type of bracelet I wanted.
