I’ve been booking with Ariel for the last year or so? and she has been beyond amazing everytime! even when my baby is matted, she’s able to remove all matting without needing to shave him bald. (he’s a shihpoo). prior to booking with this company, i’ve alwayssss had issues and it was frustrating because nobody could ever get my Teddy right. I’m never disappointed here. 10/10. also, the ladies in the front are always so nice.

I got my Shadow groomed by Jasmine for his 5th birthday and I absolutely Love it ! It was his most anticipated style and came out better than i imagined. Grooming services at lucky & lady has been such a great experience, all of the groomers are so nice and professional and they want what’s best for your pup! Definitely coming back and highly recommend! Shadow is happy with his cut as well!

I am extremely disappointed with this groomer and will not be returning. My 10-month-old puppy, Baliee, was almost scalped around his ears, which they claimed was due to “matting.” This is hard to believe since he had a mini groom just last month and I brushed him thoroughly before bringing him in. His appointment was scheduled for 11:45 AM, yet I did not receive a text until 2:41 PM, at which point I was told he had been handed off to a different groomer than the one I originally booked. No one asked for my permission before switching groomers. This is especially frustrating because the first time I brought Baliee in, I was charged an extra $30 fee because they claimed the groomer (Ariel) was “more experienced”—something that was never disclosed at booking. This visit, they again allowed the same groomer to work on him and then charged an additional $75 fee for only 15 minutes of “dematting.” At no point was this price explained or approved beforehand. I only found out about the charge when I arrived to pick him up. The final bill came to $159, which is outrageous for a puppy groom—especially considering the poor, uneven, and unattractive haircut and the complete lack of communication and transparency. Hidden fees, unapproved groomer changes, and rough handling of a puppy are unacceptable. I would not trust this business with my pet and strongly caution others to ask detailed questions before booking.

I would give zero stars if I could. Lucky and Lady Boarding has shown an alarming lack of professionalism and customer care. I sent an email earlier this week detailing serious concerns and requesting immediate follow-up. Days later, I have received absolutely no response—no email, no phone call, nothing. When you are entrusted with someone’s pet, communication and accountability are the bare minimum. Completely ignoring a customer after concerns are raised is unacceptable and deeply concerning. This experience has destroyed any trust I had in this business. Save yourself the frustration and stress—there are far better boarding facilities that actually respect their clients and communicate appropriately. As you can see in the pictures below, the email was sent on 01/05 and today has 01/09 and anyone have yet to respond or even made an attempt to give me a call about my concern.
