Jessie and Rashad were super nice and helpful! My son turned 13 and wanted to go bowling with friends at the last min. Talked to Jessie over the phone and he was able to work with me and get me situated and even put me in contact with Rashad because it was shift change when I called. My son had a really great time !!
Lucky Strike Bowling Alley is always a great time, but what really makes this location stand out is the management. Sylvia, the manager, is absolutely phenomenal. She is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure guests have a great experience. From start to finish, everything ran smoothly, and you can tell that the staff is well-supported and well-led. Sylvia goes above and beyond, and it truly shows in the overall atmosphere and service. Highly recommend Lucky Strike, especially if Sylvia is on site!
Tonight I went out to celebrate family members birthday and I must say very wonderful experience. Shout out to the security staff at the front door. Customer service was amazing, truly felt like it was a safe environment. As I entered into the establishment Up-Tempo music complimented by music videos of various artists that made you want to dance. There's staffing was amazing. Their turnaround time with cleanliness as well as their customer service as well as a overall delivery of hot fresh food from the back area was amazing. Highly recommend for birthday celebration, hanging with friends or that first date night. I will be returning back there soon
Great spot for birthday parties or gatherings. Food is good. Customer service is good. Limited parking in front but more behind the bldg. Right across the street from South Shore Shopping Plaza & Alameda Beach. I Had a great time here with family for my brother's birthday. Was able to watch Monday night football and still bowl a few lanes. No outside food but cake was allowed. They have a few discounted bowling 🎳 specials during the week. Check before you go.
Came here to celebrate a birthday and had a great time! We had food while we played . Our waiter/ person who came to serve us was exceptional. As soon as he found out it was our kids birthday he brought a complimentary cookie. I didn't get his name but thank you.
