We recently visited Luna Mexican Restaurant and had a mixed experience. The service was good and the staff were attentive, which we appreciated. Our food came out very quickly, so there was no long wait at all. Unfortunately, the food itself was a bit disappointing. It didn’t come out hot, and the fajitas were quite bland and lacking seasoning. We also ordered chips and guac, aguachiles. The flavors didn’t really deliver an authentic Mexican taste. That said, the drinks were very good and probably the highlight of the visit. We ordered horchata, lime and Jamaica margaritas. Overall, great service and drinks, but the food could use improvement in flavor and temperature.
Had a great experience at Luna Mexican. The food tastes fresh and authentic, with well seasoned meats and delicious toppings. Portions are generous and the menu has lots of options for everyone. The staff are warm, attentive, and provide great service. The restaurant is clean and has a cozy, inviting atmosphere. If you’re craving quality Mexican food in the area, Luna Mexican is definitely worth trying.
Brightly colored, festive atmosphere and flavourful Mexican tacos – what else could you ask for! We enjoyed lunch for three and we sampled five different flavors. I really like the beef brisket. Also ordered a side of rice and black beans to cover all the food groups. Fast service; we had only halfway finished our drink and the food arrived.
Now this is what you call good food. At first, looking from the outside, truthfully I wasn't sure about this place. Staff were very friendly. Food was so delicious that we ended up ordering more. The place is adorable - love the pink. I can see why it gets super busy in there. Highly recommended.
A mid range Mexican eatery with good food. Our first time at Luna, set up was good, with Mexican vibes and vibrant colors. The restaurant is fairly spacious and well laid out. Overall quite clean and well maintained. Tried diverse dishes and all were tasty, flavourful and serving size was adequate. Prices were reasonable- though in my opinion the drinks and cocktails were bit overpriced. Overall a good experience and will visit again. Service was fair.
