my son has a monthly membership he gave me dome great smelling car deodorizer's So I went to the one on beach blvd . The man at the gate was so awesome and my car is super clean a silver rouge so you know thar color is hard to clean the vacuums were so powerful but cleaned the car perfectly they are conveniently located on beach blvd across from the dollar store .. They just gained a new customer
I stopped into this place because I needed to use the vacuums and apparently you can't pay for them and they were so kind as to let me use them, everything is shiny and brand new and there was a lot of people in there, vacuuming out their cars and getting themselves a really nice car wash. I hardly ever go to the car wash, but I'm starting to think maybe I should!
I would give the car wash itself 5 stars — compared to other places I’ve seen, the quality is pretty good. But for customer service, I’d give it 1 star, and that’s being generous. Every single time I come here, the employees have the most miserable, rude, and unfriendly faces imaginable. There are days I’m driving by and I literally ask myself: “Should I come here or go somewhere else?” because their attitude is so bad it makes you not even want to stop and get your car washed. If I could give negative stars for customer service, I would — easily a -1 or lower. To all the workers there: you need to realize that the money you take home every week comes directly from the customers who choose to come to this place. Without us, you wouldn’t have a job. Plain and simple. So from now on, every time a customer shows up, be grateful. Smile. Show some basic manners and respect. Right now, the staff here are some of the rudest, most unpleasant, and worst-mannered workers I’ve ever dealt with at any car wash.
There is always great service is here. They have very cool and very friendly employees always come to this location in Jacksonville, Florida one of the favorites. Chelly is sweet and the other fellows.
