I highly recommend Luvia Massage. This establishment is consistently accommodating, friendly, professional, and offers great customer service and a very clean, relaxing environment. One of the best massages I have had. Definitely one of the best massage spas in the area.
This is the most beautiful, cleanest massage spa I’ve ever gone to. Very beautifully decorated & such a peaceful atmosphere from the moment you walk in the door.. Then I was greeted by the lovely Iris w/a warm smile. Oh and I must mention how nice it smelled throughout; from the waiting area to where I was pampered by the ultra professional massage therapist, Joy, w/truly the best, most satisfying massage I’ve had in decades! My daughter had talked me into going because I had been in a lot of pain; partly from working at a desk job all week, the way I had slept last night & stress. Unlike other places, I’ve been in the past, the massage therapist wasn’t watching the clock and didn’t seem to mind going over a few minutes to finish well & I so appreciated that. She (Joy) was quite attentive to where the knots were & intuitively did the right amount of pressure to work them out.. Obviously I was seriously impressed throughout my experience tonight. Thank goodness you for working me in an appointment last minute Iris and the best massage I’ve ever had Joy! I will be back.
This place appears small from the outside but to my surprise, it was impressive the moment you walk in the door. The lobby was very modern and chic. Iris, the receptionist was polite, friendly and very helpful. The restroom was very clean and well kept! The treatment room was quite cozy, was arranged very neatly and furniture was modern and functional. The ambience was very relaxing. The whole establishment was elegantly staged! The masseuse, Tina started right on time and served me the full hour I paid for whereas other places serve you only 45- 50 min. Tina wore a protective mask as she should in my opinion, since it’s flu season. She was very sweet and accommodating and applied the right pressure as requested. Her healing touch was refreshing and rejuvenating. I highly recommend her! Services are reasonable priced and it’s located in a safe section in Chesapeake. This business is very deserving of a 5 stars rating!!!
Best massage I’ve ever had. Great place and customer service. Best tea I’ve ever had afterwards. Got in within a hour of calling same day appt. 90 min deep tissue. Feel so much less pain after and body in alignment. Also feel refreshed and more energy. Will return and tell others. Didn’t charge fee on debit card. Also did $10 off first time. Rates are competitive. And have membership program I’m considering.
My Husband & I will definitely be coming back. We were celebrating our anniversary and got the couples massages. Luvia is a very nice establishment, clean and relaxing. The entire staff was polite & professional towards us. And the massages were awesome. Thank you
