Amazing service and amazing job! My nails are perfect and I am very picky they came out so great! I will continue to come here moving forward. Please ask for Tina, you can’t even feel her cutting cuticle her hands are so gentle and my nails look great! I am super happy!
I do not recommend this nail salon. About a month and a half ago, Tony did my nails. He only applied tips with very little acrylic overlay, which made the nails extremely thin. I trusted that he knew what he was doing, so I didn’t question it and paid about $100 plus tip. The very next day, the nails started breaking as soon as I typed on a keyboard. I went back to the salon, and Tony was there. I asked him to fix the nails because they were breaking due to being so thin. He said he would only fix the one nail that was broken, not the rest. I explained that all of them were thin and fragile, but he refused. When I lightly tapped my finger on the desk to show how easily they broke, he got upset and accused me of breaking them on purpose and said he would charge me. He then told me that if I wanted more acrylic added, I’d have to pay for a whole new set. I asked to speak with the manager, and the owner came out. She immediately noticed how thin the nails were and took accountability. She fixed them at no extra charge, and I appreciated that, so I didn’t leave a bad review at the time. Today, I came back to give them a second chance. The owner started my nails but had to leave for her other salon, so she told me Tony would finish. I said that was fine as long as there was enough acrylic this time. As soon as the owner left, Tony said he wouldn’t do my nails because he was “a chicken” and told me to wait for another tech.. idk what he meant by that. I told him I was fine with him continuing, but he refused and said he had other clients coming in. I asked him to at least remove the half-done nails, which he did, and then he immediately took the next walk-in customer. I was disappointed because I truly tried to give this place another chance. The way he stopped mid-service to take another customer was extremely unprofessional. I appreciated the owner’s accountability the first time, but this experience ruined it for me. I’ll be going to Divine Nails instead since they’re only 3 min away.
Ashley and Tony did such an amazing job on my French chrome nails and French pedicure. They were so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Luxe Nails is my favorite salon in El Paso and I’ll be sure to always come back here! Thank you!!
Love this place ☺️ they always treat me so good and Tina is amazing ❤️ she is so gentle and always makes me feel comforable and welcomed. The prices are great and the materials they use are clean and good quality. Never had no issues with a nail falling or the color changing and they have a wide variety of colors and materials and options as well as other services. They always leave the nails so gorgeous. Really recommend it since its very hard to find a good spot but this is the one, go and give it a try you wont regret it. 🙏
This was my second time getting my nails done with Katie, and she does a fantastic job! ❤️ She’s so talented and detail-oriented. Honestly, I recommend everyone here — I’ve had my nails done by several other staff members as well, and they’re all wonderful. Such a great team! ❤️
