I had a new furnace installed yesterday, on one of the coldest days of the year, and Lynn’s made it a smooth process! Luckily my situation was planned, no emergency, but the service was planned and scheduled much quicker than I thought I would have to wait, even though it wasn’t urgent at all. Colton and the other person they sent (whose name I unfortunately can’t remember) were both kind and knowledgeable, and patiently explained the work they did and answered any questions I had. They finished the work quickly even though it was freezing, and did a great job! Colton was very good at explaining different options for how they did the work, and checking in to make sure I was okay with how they were doing things. I have nothing bad to say about my experience with Lynn’s - they were great to deal with from the start. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone needing their services, and will definitely be contacting them again in the future when I need maintenance for my new furnace and any other jobs they can do!
LYNNS You folks are amazing! Im here to acknowledge Jerome our tech and all whom work at lynns. My 2010 goodman furance inducer motor was making funky sounds on saturday, I called at 730am spoke to the dispatcher whom i assume was still trying enjoy the 1st coffee of the day, took my info and at 830am had the tech call and we spoke about what was going on. The upfront and honest that I found in speaking to out tech was great and he was honest about the reality of getting parts as vendors thatvdeal with goodman normally are not open on weekends. After the phone call round 3pm the furance bit the biscuit and died. I once again called and spoke to jerome and he was out in half hour to come in and have alook. What we both though it was had been identified and sadly the parts couldn't get there till Monday am. He gave us a few heaters and thank god mother nature was having hot flashes. As it did not get too cold in our place. Come Monday am I touch base and Jerome was out by 11am had it going in 30 mins. Thank you again! Keep it up
Dallas and the crew who installed my new furnace were all amazing! Service was fast and Dallas made sure we had sufficient heating throughout the home while waiting for the install of the new unit. We were given multiple options for how we would like to proceed without being pressured into any one of them. The installers made sure we were comfortable and informed every step of the way. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. My wife and I really appreciated their customer focussed approach and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of any of their services!
Called at 8:15 AM after our furnace shut off overnight, and the response was outstanding. Two technicians were dispatched by 9:00 and arrived before 9:30, which was greatly appreciated. They were extremely professional, introduced themselves, and immediately got to work. The issue was diagnosed and fixed quickly and efficiently, and they took the time to stay afterward and answer all the questions my wife and I had. Excellent service from start to finish — I would highly recommend them to anyone. Even our two Golden Retrievers approved!
I got three quotes for various options to replace my hot water tank. Lynn's had the best price. Josh was very helpful in helping me understand the pros and cons of each option. Communication, during the quoting process and the scheduling and lead up to installation, was top notch. On the day of installation, Scott and Matt arrived on time. I was kept informed as the work progressed and the final product was excellent. I wanted the pan kept, but it was too small so without hesitation a new pan was sourced and installed. All-in-all, I was very pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend the team at Lynn's.
