Mark is such a gentlemen. I have a leak under my house somewhere (externally and near the mains water supply so not a plumbers typical job). He gave me excellent advice and gave his valuable to time to talk to me on the phone which is very much appreciated.
I can highly recommend Mark. He came to fix a leaking toilet and to clear my drains. He came the day I called (I hit lucky there I guess) he was friendly, very reasonably-priced and efficient. A great job professionally done by an experienced guy!

I rang Mark up regarding a blocked drain that we have at the rear of our house. I contacted him because his reviews are impressive. They were not wrong! Mark said he would be there within the hour, and he was. He took one look at our problem and explained that the blockage was coming from the sewer. He could have carried out the work there and then, but advised me to phone United Utilities. He explained that this is their responsibility and that they are obliged to do the job at no cost to me. He even gave me their phone number. How is that for honesty!!!! Absolutely amazing and real old school service. I can not recommend Mark highly enough. Give him a call if you have any form of blockage, etc. You will not be disappointed. Top class! Thank you, Mark.
