Great communication and willing to fix my ecu
Dale and his sons deserve 10,000+ stars. My Samsung plasma was acting crazy, it would turn itself on/off. Before I called someone to do an exorcism, I called Dale first. I found him by his awesome Google ratings. Dale and his son came to my home and picked up the television and brought back to his home to make the necessary repairs. Since it was an older plasma television, he did tell me that the part they sent him was incorrect and he had to order another part. So the repair took about a week or two longer. When the television was returned to my home by his other two sons, they made sure everything was functioning perfectly for me and they even reconnected my Roku, DVD and antenna back up for me. His prices are very reasonable and they are very down to earth, honest to good people. Highly recommend to friends and family.
I was watching TV, and the picture went out, but there was sound. I wanted it fixed, so I called, and Mr. Dale worked with my 5 p.m. schedule to take the TV to him. After a 1 day diagnosis, Mr. Dale told me to return it to the store, because it couldn't be fixed. He helped me load it up, and didn't charge me a single cent. Who does that now a days. I was able to return the TV for a better brand and a bigger size, with only $30 extra. Mr. Dale is a blessing.
I had an amazing experience with this TV repair company! the technician, Dale and his two sons was professional, quick and really knew what he was doing. My TV`s back lights had burned out, and he had it fixed and looking like new and no time. If you have any issues with your TV especially things like backlight problems, I highly recommend going to him this is now my go-to place for all my TV needs.
