Awesome dudes. My 3TB HD crapped out on me and they were able to restore all of my data. Very knowledgable. Very fair pricing. Always contacting with updates and where things currently stand. Bonus for me is that they’re just a few mins away. I found my new mac guys! Thank you!

Just fixed my MacBook here. The Technicians are very knowledgeable and completed diagnosis with in a hour. Great service and great ambience. They quoted 2 days to fix my MacBook water damage repair and they completed it within the given time frame. Very satisfied with the job .

Patt, you are great!!. I had an old MacBook that didn't function properly. I wanted to buy a new one but budget was bit tight for me. I went to Mac Tech Store to see if they could do something about the old laptop and they did. They made my slow old laptop into a fast working machine and I am very happy with the repair. I really liked the way he worked. He was very thorough and transparent about the work. Not only that the pricing on their services were also very reasonable. Its hard to find such services nowadays. Highly recommend this place for tech repair.

I have an expensive m4 model MacBook Pro and I downloaded an app from the internet. Along with that app came a malware. That made my pc really slow , random popups , messages , automatic opening of apps and all of my business was in my MacBook so my life was at stake. I tried anti virus softwares and did a scan myself but nothing worked so I hurried and searched for virus removal service in Fort Worth on google and I found them on google. When I went there, they were very supportive and they listened to my problem. They were genuinely eager to help me. I left my MacBook and they assured me that they will remove the malware. I got a call the very next day , they had found the malware , and also removed it. My computer was running fast , no popup messages and the malware was removed. I don’t know what magic they did In a single day but they solved my problem and it’s root cause. Glad to have them in my neighborhood!

Customer service is not good at all. I paid to have my Mac fixed and I was told and assured that all of my data and files will be transferred over after they fix my Mac. None of the files were transferred over. I spent three months trying to get my files and memory restored After a total of 4 months the computer is not powering on at all and they are saying I need to pay another $200 for a diagnostic which the computer was working just fine when I initially brought it in. I advise going to a different Mac Repair shop. These guys are not good and incentivize customers to write 5 star reviews with $10-$15 off your order. And if you are your technicians know you cannot fix an item, don’t accept it and falsely claim you can causing additional damages and a loss of money and time. It’s that simple. I requested to just put the computer back as is but I was assured they could fix. Which they could not fix.
