I had previously let my property on my own without an agency and found it time consuming and problematic. I had been reluctant to go with an agency because of various stories I'd heard about how some may treat residents unfairly. I have been beyond pleased with Maclay property sales and letting. I had originally approached them to sell the property but on a whim I invited them to provide me with details to act as the letting agent. They have taken all of the pressure away from letting and I gather that the tenants are also very pleased with how they are being treated with their respects and needs being taken into account.
