Every time I make an appointment the service is on time. The hair specialists take the time to suggest additional treatments that make sense for my hair! Today I did all over color and a bonding treatment that made my hair shiny, soft and hydrated. I love it!
Love the Madi Reed girls! Always so welcoming and knowledgeable. The products smell so amazing and you can’t beat the monthly membership plan. I always leave feeling good about myself.
I am truly disappointed. The request at my visit was to tone down my bright yellow blond hair with lowlights. I expressed that I have grays to cover as well. I walked away with 4 different shades of hair- ashy smoky dark low lights scattered in my hair, a caramel tone( from the toner), the bright yellow blonde I walked in with and the gray that was not covered. She put low light in half my hair because they don’t do full, so the other half was the bright yellow blonde, then she toned my hair with this beautiful caramel tone but didn’t leave it in long enough so it only stuck to certain spots and this made my grays even more exposed because of the drastic unmatched tones. My hair looked drab and just gross! It was muddied and gray and then bright yellow and sandy blonde all at once. It is the worst color job I have ever received. I can’t believe that a professional did this to me. I got it corrected at a different location but the correction brought me back to the bright blonde ( they had no choice and they were wonderful with helping me.. as well as shocked at what my hair looked like) I wanted to tone down - I want my money back because essentially I paid for my hair to look the same as it did before I got it colored. I want a refund. My time and money then the time to get it corrected just to return it to the color I wanted to change because the Initial color job was so bad! I left a nice tip too! I work hard like everyone else and it’s awful that a professional who does hair for a living can make such a mess of hair. It’s my time and money that was wasted on your carelessness! This isn’t subjective my hair looked really gross! I had to walk around like that for a week before I was able to get the correction!Don’t go to Madison reed unless you need a one color process or your roots done. I am so upset. I have to pay for what I actually wanted somewhere else. The money I spent here is a total waste, I finally had it in my budget to get my hair done “professionally” and this is what happened! It’s awful!
Madison Reid in Cherry Creek is fantastic! My coworker recommended this location and I was excited to try as this was a new process for me. The employees were incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable and the entire place was beautiful and spotless. They have incredible workers here. Great job and thank you for making me feel better about my hair!
