A truly special thank you to Emily! My wife and I were in Brisbane for our wedding this weekend and she had ordered a bouquet for herself from elsewhere which upon delivery looked rather... disappointing. She was quite distraught by this as she had already paid a significant amount of money for it but we decided to reach out to Maison Fleur to see if any additions could be made to make it nicer. Thank goodness for Emily who was so compassionate and thoughtful in the suggestions she made for a very reasonable cost. The way my wife's eyes lit up when she saw the final bouquet is something I will never forget and will be forever grateful for. Thank you again!
I had the most wonderful experience with Maison Fleur in Brisbane! Their service was absolutely exceptional — so friendly, warm, and professional from start to finish. I purchased the Darling bouquet, and it was even more beautiful in person than I had imagined. Every flower was fresh, perfectly arranged, and full of life. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and you can truly feel how much they care about their customers.
Wow! I was so unbelievably impressed with the flowers that were made up for a friend. Chrissy was an absolute gem and so helpful. Also when I picked them up I received full instructions on treatment for the next 24 hours. Honestly the flowers were absolutely stunning and the service was brilliant. Look at this beautiful bouquet! It's just awe-inspiring. I walked in today and the wonderful ladies introduced me to the ready-made bouquets. I liked the colour palette of one of the bigger ones but only needed a smaller size bouquet, so they offered to make one for me in the size I need. It's amazing to watch them turn single stalks of flowers into such a vibrant display. They've completely made my day. Thank you!!
