Our Pitty, Moose, has been going to Mak Pak Chandler since he was 12 weeks old. Three training courses and doggie daycare. He's now 1.5 years old and very well trained. He adores this place and likes to give the staff goodbye hugs and kisses when I pick him up from daycare. The staff is incredible and caring. We love receiving the daycare photos we get every day he's there.

Frankie has been attending daycare at Mak Pack for a few months and it has honestly been the biggest help and blessing to our family! She absolutely loves to go and the staff really seem to love her, which is reassuring to us because we love her so much!! The communication from the staff is wonderful and Frankie is so tired at the end of the day so less likely to get into mischief at home! We love Mak Pack! We are also currently in the training classes and those have been wonderful too!

My husband and I have been consistently impressed with the staff at Mak Pack. They’re friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about Lucas. Each time I drop off him off, the team (could be Viv, Carly, Isaac, Kiely, Hayden and Justin or Lee (can’t remember his name, sorry) greet us warmly and takes the time to pet Lucas. It’s clear they know the dogs individually — remembering personalities, play styles, and even small details that make a big difference. The facility is always clean, organized, and full of positive energy because of the staff. We appreciate how the staff sends pictures of Lucas whenever he’s at daycare and/boarding. It’s reassuring to see how much effort they put into creating a safe, fun environment. Overall, the staff at Mak Pack go above and beyond. Their kindness, and dedication make them stand out — I wouldn’t trust my dog anywhere else.

Mak Pack is truly the best! My dog Luna goes here for training and daycare, and she absolutely loves it. They also have an indoor dog park, which is such a fun bonus! The training is phenomenal! Luna is halfway through her intermediate classes now, and the improvement I’ve seen since she started has been incredible. Spencer Mak is amazing and really knows how to train dogs properly. Anthony and Abby are also wonderful, they’re always so kind, helpful, and genuinely care about the dogs! The daycare staff is fantastic too! I get picture updates sent to my phone every time Luna is there, which gives me so much peace of mind. It’s clear she loves the staff and looks forward to every visit. If you’re looking for a place for training, boarding, or daycare, Mak Pack is the place to go! I couldn’t recommend them more!

Mak Pack is the BEST!! Leaving my dog, Cooper, for the first time was a little nerve-wracking, but the team at Mak Pack immediately put my mind at ease. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this is a place filled with people who genuinely love and understand dogs. You can tell they prioritize a safe and happy environment for all the pups. What really stands out, though, is the staff. They are incredibly attentive and kind, and they treat every dog as if it were their own. They even take the time to learn about each dog's personality, quirks, and play style to ensure they're having the best day possible. I love seeing the daily photos and updates—it's so fun to see Cooper romping around with his friends and having a blast, especially in the little splash pool! He comes home wonderfully tired and happy every single time, which is the ultimate sign of a great day. And we are now utilizing their training program. Outstanding!! I never knew you could have so many dogs in one room and still be able to train. I can't recommend Mak Pack highly enough. If you're looking for a doggy daycare where your pet will be loved, safe, and happy, this is the place. Five stars!
