Malleret Designs is run and comprised of true professionals in the industry. Marcela is an incredible florist, decorator, planner and coordinator and will go out of her way to provide you with the best event possible. I got married 10.27.23 and for a year and a half Marcela worked with me and my husband to make our vision come to life. She had flexible payment plans, and was so incredibly supportive making the process as smooth as possible. It rained on the day of my wedding and Marcela and team didn’t miss a beat. At the end of it, I didn’t even care or notice since she made all of my vision still come to life. If I could provide any advice to any bride who is planning a wedding it would be to hire someone like Marcela who is in your corner. She will ensure your day is flawless and beautiful, make sure you hire the right people, and walk away with a smile on your face.
We contracted Malleret Designs (Marcela Bogado) to assist us in transforming a venue that needed transformation. I was the project manager for our wedding, and I was very aware that I had to hire extremely competent and talented people to help me as I was planning this wedding from another city (Houston) while the wedding was in Austin, TX. My wife and I are an older couple (mid 50’s) that reconnected after 35 years since High School. As an older couple we have acquired a refined pallet through life experiences from wine, art, travel, and just experiencing the world. We opted for a very a modest venue so to not alienate our friends from 35 years past and to help make all our guests comfortable, yet we were having Justin Furstenfeld (Blue October) play for us and invited guests that would appreciate the refinement that a firm such as Malleret Designs could offer.. This venue needed lots of help to transform its modest décor to serene and uniquely beautiful backdrop for our special day. It required creativity and a strong network. Marcela Bogado was the right and only choice for us! I write this review 6 months having a clear mind to look back at our special day. Marcela has such a talent for listening and understanding what we wanted. I remember the day she had the “aha” moment in understanding our energy and our pallet. She took it from there and hit the design from the beginning! We met to finally select materials to complete the picture and she provided excellent suppliers! We made very few modifications to her artistic approach to our design. Her design talent was clear and the only part left was the actual implementation. Marcela and team were on site early and clearly communicated with us and the venue. The execution was flawless as I was there to do a final walk through. It took my breathe away as her vision came to a reality. As an experienced project manager, I could not have asked for a better design partner with such listening skills, creative talent, and focused execution to fully create a masterpiece. I am not easy to please, yet my expectations were over-exceeded. 6 months later and I feel stronger about Malleret Designs than that actual busy day. I cannot express my gratitude enough for all the RESULTS! I am in awe of Marcela’s work and if you want a strong partner to help with your special day, I strongly suggest you don’t risk it and simply put your trust in Marcela Bogado and Malleret Designs.
Marcela is absolutely wonderful! She created an elegant and classy atmosphere for a beautiful intimate COVID wedding. My niece and her family were thrilled with how everything turned out for her dreamy day and were so thankful for Marcela’s expertise. She is easy to work with, professional and helps brides and their families enjoy their day without having to worry about the details! Love her!
Ich begann sechs Monate vor unserer Hochzeit im Mai mit Malleret Designs zusammenzuarbeiten, als wir beschlossen hatten, eine moderne, aber romantische Hochzeit zu feiern. Vom ersten Treffen an hat Marcela zugehört, wonach wir suchten, und uns geholfen, unseren Stil festzulegen. Sie zeigte uns viele Optionen und arbeitete mit uns, bis wir genau das fanden, was wir wollten. Mit zwei Bräuten mit unterschiedlichem Stil und insgesamt 12 Brautjungfern war das nicht einfach. Sie hat im Grunde zwei Hochzeiten in einer geplant. Die Ergebnisse übertrafen unsere Erwartungen. Da es sich um eine Destination-Hochzeit für Marcela handelte, nahm sie sich die Zeit, sich mehrmals mit uns in Verbindung zu setzen, je näher die Hochzeit rückte. Wir nahmen Änderungen telefonisch vor, während wir personalisierte Galerien nutzten, um unsere Dekoration zu definieren. Marcela und das Team von Malleret Designs arbeiten sehr hart daran, sicherzustellen, dass unser Tag perfekt war. Am Tag unserer Hochzeit stimmte das Wetter nicht, und wir mussten kurzfristig vom Veranstaltungsort auf unseren Ersatzraum wechseln. Stellen Sie sich den Stress vor, am Tag der Hochzeit alles ändern zu müssen! Marcela war der Dienstleister, der die Situation mit völliger Kontrolle handhabte. Sie ordnete Dinge neu, stellte Dekoration um, nutzte ihr Wissen und ihre Erfahrung, und das Ergebnis war erstaunlich. Glücklicherweise konnten wir die Zeremonie dennoch auf der Dachterrasse abhalten, ich war äußerst glücklich darüber, wie unser modernes Bogenarrangement aussah (siehe Bilder). Ich bin zu 100% überzeugt, dass unsere Empfangsfeier nicht dieselbe gewesen wäre ohne Marcelas Ideen, ihre Anpassungsfähigkeit, kurzfristig in einem neuen Raum zu arbeiten, und ihr perfektes Stilgefühl. Wir sind ihr für alles, was sie für uns getan hat, für immer dankbar. Als LGBT-Paar fühlten wir uns äußerst wohl, weil Marcela Erfahrung im Umgang mit ähnlichen Paaren in der Vergangenheit hatte. Während des gesamten Prozesses hatten wir das Gefühl, dass Marcela sich die Zeit nahm, uns persönlich kennenzulernen, und uns als Paar. Wir würden uneingeschränkt empfehlen, mit ihr zusammenzuarbeiten.
