I’ve been going to Mama Flow since I was 5 weeks pregnant, and it’s become a highlight of my week. Chelsea’s Zumba classes are the perfect combination of fun and a great workout. Cat’s Yoga Flow classes are equally wonderful—relaxing and grounding, with great stretching and strengthening, plus a real sense of learning and community. I can’t recommend this studio enough. I’m genuinely loving this part of my pregnancy :)

I’ve been going to Mama Flow since I was about 10 weeks pregnant for primarily the weekly prenatal yoga flow and fusion classes and it’s been a great experience! Cat is so kind and knowledgeable, it was so helpful as a first time pregnant person to have a place where I felt welcomed, seen, and understood by everyone in the room. The other moms sharing their experiences during the fusion class was also helpful for me to hear that I wasn’t alone in what I was experiencing. The biggest thing Mama Flow Studio gave me was a great birth experience. I stayed consistent with attending class and practicing the poses I learned in class at home and I truly think this made my delivery easier. The 3 P’s class also helped my husband to know how to help me during labor and it proved to work so well in the moment! I only pushed for 30 minutes during my delivery and barely tore. I was able to recognize now to fully relax my pelvic floor and let my body do the work, and it worked! My nurses were telling the whole L&D floor about my delivery and were like “EVERYONE should do yoga and pilates in pregnancy because that was amazing!!!” LOL. So do it!! Looking forward to coming back for the post partum classes and continuing to meet amazing women in this lil mom community.

Mama Flow Studio is truly exceptional. As a chiropractor, I’m particularly picky about proper form and safe movement—especially during pregnancy—and this studio exceeded every expectation. Their instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. They focus on alignment, breath, and functional strength in a way that is both safe and empowering. I genuinely attribute my smooth, uncomplicated water birth to the work I did here. As a first-time mom, I had a nine-hour labor with no epidural and no tearing, and I believe the conditioning, grounding, and body awareness I gained at Mama Flow played a huge part in that outcome. If you’re pregnant and looking for a place where you’ll feel supported, strong, and truly cared for, this is the studio. Highly recommend! Can't wait for the postpartum classes!

I have been taking the prenatal Flow and Fusion classes at Mamaflow, and they are absolutely amazing! Cat, the instructor, is incredibly energetic and motivating. She really pushes you to safely go beyond your limits and always helps correct your form when needed. I especially love the Fusion classes - each session focuses on a specific body part, and the mix of intensity and purposeful movement leaves me feeling stronger every time. Highly recommend for any expecting moms looking for a great prenatal workout!

I’m so glad to have found mama flow in my postpartum journey! The supportive environment and knowledge this place holds has played an immense role in my healing journey as a mom! Cat and Chelsea are incredible instructions with years of knowledge. They have a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pelvic floor movement. All the classes are well programmed and keep both physical and mental healing in mind. What I like most about mama flow is its inclusivity and how the instructors offer different levels of movement and tailor the class to your physical ability depending on where you are in your postpartum journey. There are moms who are fresh postpartum or moms who are further along and the class caters to all moms. The instructors focus on the quality of movements and reps not quantity. You can go on a pace you’re safe and comfortable. If you’re a mama who is not ready to leave your little one at home you can bring them to class with you! I was nervous at first but the instructors really help you and even hold the babies if they’re a little fussy! I started in postpartum rehab and worked my way up to postpartum sculpt and carrier sculpt. The postpartum sculpt is challenging not only for a postpartum mom but for anyone! It’s a mix of weights and Pilates. I still like to attend postpartum rehab to work on my core strength after my c section. I highly recommend all the classes !!!
