Unfortunately their service let me know. I think the girls wanted to finish early on Saturday and rushed themselves to do such a poor job to my girl. I’d expect some salon hair style for my dog after all the price they charge isn’t cheap. If I had known the staff’s poor skill, I’d have cut my dog hair myself as amateur which could save myself some money . I paid for a full groom for my yorkie girl. It only took them 40 mins to do it and after collecting my girl who heavily scented perfume. And the scruffy hair around her eyes and mouths unevenly cut and the hair around her mouth unwashed. I paid for a full groom and looks like they only dry shampooed her. I’ve been to other places and I know what decent dog hair cut should look like . The £35 I spent on a very bad amateur hair cut , no styling whatsoever. Anyway I will never visit this place ever again.

Amazing honestly. My dog is quite big and isn’t the easiest to handle as she’s very nervous but they did such a good job and we’re very friendly and gave really good advice after as well! Would definitely come back :)

I had looked and rang around many groomers before booking in with smartbreeders, the lady I spoke to was very helpful and everything was covered on the call! I ended up taking her on a Saturday which was better for me but they aren't usually open weekends just that a girl had to make up a day! I’ve had my rescue zeena for 2 months now and had her groomed at pets at home first off but it was not a great experience, it was rushed, she was unfinished and I will not be returning again! The girl at smartbreeders was extremely helpful and profession, asked about zeena and what I want for her! I was worried as the previous groom said she screamed and didn’t like anything with the noise and had just had to do the best she could! Smartbreeders had her for around 3 hours so I went off to do some errand! They done exactly what I had asked for and she came out happy and looking beautiful! The girl even text me to tell me how she was and that she was doing great and to pick up whenever! I highly recommend them! Although it is across manchester 30 mins away and only weekdays I will definitely be using them going forward and will work around it! I will recommend to everyone! See for yourself!!

By far the WORST dog groomers ive visited yet. One of the girls there has an extremely terrible attitude dealing with customers, I also wasn't keen with my dog being left unattended on a table with some kind of noose around her neck whilst the groomers went up stairs to watch someone deliver flowers, yes, really.

First groom experience for our 11 year old choccy, well done ladies!! We know shes very excitable but you did really well with her! She looked gorgeous when she came out, will definitely be bringing her back....if you can put up with her again 😊😊
