I booked a massage. It was the most thorough massage I've had probably. The only downside was I booked a particular masseuse because the option was there and when I turned up they said she wasn't available. So I guess if you book with someone in particular it isn't a guarantee. It was very good though.
Had a great deep tissue massage from Zara, she was very skilled and professional, got knots I didn't even know I had until she was working on them! Paid for a 1 hour 50 minute massage and got exactly that length, great time keeping. Had a lovely experience. The receptionist is also very funny and polite!
Always an amazing experience here, I’ve been quite a few times now and they never disappoint! All of the staff are so welcoming and friendly. I recently went in with ongoing shoulder pain and tightness and had a sports massage with Kelly. She was brilliant and really took the time to understand where the pain was coming from and worked through the tension with expertise. I left feeling a lot of relief! Highly recommend!
I was travelling and not familiar with Manchester or this massage centre. I booked a last minute deep tissue massage and really didn't know what to expect. Within 1 hour of me looking for a massage centre, I was booked and allocated a therapist. Saba was very considerate, asked me exactly what I was looking for and work solely on that area. I have had many professional massages in my time and I can honestly say, that the level of service she gave was just the best. The deep tissue massage was very deep, very precise and came with follow up advice. 3 days later and 15 hours of traveling each day, I can say it was a life saver! Thank you Saba! I would highly recommend trusting this centre.
Absolutely love this place! Everyone here is so lovely and welcoming. The receptionist is incredibly kind and absolutely gorgeous, always in such a positive and cheerful mood, which instantly lifts your spirits when you walk in. Anisa is amazing! She really knows how to find and relieve all the pressure points, I felt completely relaxed and refreshed after my session. I’m also so grateful that they kindly rescheduled my appointment last minute for tomorrow for a couple massage - such thoughtful customer service. I’ve been coming here regularly, and they never disappoint. If you’re looking for a great massage and a place with genuine, friendly people, this is the place to go! 💆♀️✨
