I've been coming here her over a year. I usually see Jules, Abbie, or Jill, but I know no matter who I end up with I will have great looking nails! The products here are so nice. Whether you want intricate art or something simple and clean, they will fix you up good!
Maniküre has true professionals! Carmen was so nice and she did an incredible job, her attention to detail was exceptional. She checked in every step of the way to make sure I ended up with my dream nails for a big trip to celebrate my engagement :) Salon is clean and vibes are immaculate.
I get my nails done by Jules and she’s amazing. A truly talented and attentive artist who has done so many great sets for me. The space itself is really nice and all the rest of the staff is friendly and helpful. I’m loyal to my girl but I’ve seen many other excellent manis from other techs on staff.
I have been going to manikure for months now, and I’m so happy with my nails and the all around experience. They really care about the health of your nails. The manicure technique they use has completely changed my cuticles and how they feel and look. Kayla is my regular nail tech, but I have a tricky schedule so I have had others do my nails when she can’t. Even the girls who are newer do such an incredible job. Every manicure has been wonderful! If you want your nails to look like Pinterest inspo, don’t sleep on this place!
I’ve been going to Manikure on and off since 2021, but recent experiences have been disappointing. I received a poor-quality gel manicure (photos attached from immediately post-mani and a week later) and was denied a refund, instead only offered a redo several days after I texted (I had to double text to receive a reply at all). At that point it was too late for me to get them redone. I was then ignored by management despite multiple follow-ups. I still haven’t heard back. Most of the experienced nail techs are gone, and the quality has noticeably declined since they changed owners it seems. It no longer feels worth the price ($85 + tip), given how inconsistent the results are. Disappointed to lose what was once one of my favorite nail salons in Pittsburgh.
