Super fast and friendly service! Felt much better supporting a local honest business than the dealerships. ALSO I WAS SO HAPPY THEY CARRY ROYAL PURPLE OIL! LITERALLY THE BEST! I always have to go purchase it myself and bring it to other places I have gotten my oil changed. Although expensive, one of the more reasonably priced places in the area and around Austin for speed of service and preferred oil.
I’ve visited multiple times, and the service has been good. Customers usually check in on their own, and the staff will then collect your keys in order. The typical wait time is about an hour.
Honest, Friendly, Efficient Staff. I had an oil change and an inspection done. They went out of their way to service Me last minute, topped up My fluids without Me asking and did a great job on My oil change. I was helped by Joel and his customer service is on point. (He also drive My car responsibly which I appreciated.)
I just had such a great experience here. Quick, friendly, patient (I had to update my insurance app to get my card for them), and they even gave me a very kind heads up about dirty oil and low coolant. Joel was an absolute gem! Good employees are worth their weight in gold.
Super kind and helpful staff. We were told the wait time would be an hour and a half, and it was accurate. We had enough time to get coffee and food before heading back. The inspection itself took very little time. If you have the time and patience, I definitely recommend supporting a local business.
