The people who came to remove the old Boiler were very professional, and the Martel team was also very professional and explained everything to me. Martel Plumbing and Heating is hands down the best. I had them come and installed a new water filtration system for the house. From when they came out to test the water to the day they finished was hands down a great experience. All his workers were so professional cleaning and neat. Great Communication from start to finish. Chris was great when he got to the house he explained everything to me and showed me how to change the filters. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
On Monday 11/3/25 and Tuesday 11/4/25, Malik, Zach, and Cliff from Martel Plumbing & Heating installed a new oil furnace and central air unit. They were all extremely professional, knowledgeable, and worked beyond diligently. Also, upon completion of the work, everything was cleaned up and spotless. Malik and Zach then checked to make sure all components were turning on and working properly. Malik also did a walkdown of the furnace and central air unit, showing me all the functions each had and how best to maintain the components. I was beyond satisfied and cannot thank Malik, Zach, and Cliff enough. I would also like to thank Marc Bergeron, HVAC sales who coordinated this large job and worked up a very reasonable and detailed estimate. I will be using only Martel Plumbing & Heating in the future for all my HVAC and plumbing needs, and I highly recommend that you do the same.
My neighbors highly recommended Martel Plumbing and Heating. They were not wrong! I called to make an appointment. (Kitchen plumbing failure.) They made the first available appointment and promised earlier if one of their teams finished early. They called back with 5 minutes and 15 minutes later the Martel team was walking in the door!!! Wow! We were lucky. They understood the plumbing spaghetti under our sink. They also knew how to make it easier to clean out when needed. There's still a spiral of plumbing under the sink. But, it's logical, neat and clean. Thanks guys!
