I was really disappointed with the professionalism of this company. Firstly we did not get a confirmation email of the viewing. Had to call to confirm in the morning, and confirmation given it was on. We travelled from London and another client from Bristol, we were both waiting outside appointment was at 10am. Called twice and just given a generic answer by someone - that they must be stuck in city centre your agent will be with you soon. We waited for around half an hour then decided to just go into the office, finally pulled someone out, who didnt apologise or even make a conversation. When asked what happened twice reply was 'lost track of time'.. Further more to make it even worse we weren't even allowed to go in, looked like the current people there didnt even know there was a viewing???? Even more embarrassing the guy didn't know the way out..... So waste of a journey and morning!!!! Further more I emailed twice to complain didn't even have the decency to reply or acknowledge.
