Have left voicemails trying to set up an appointment, and have called multiple times. They don’t answer their phone, and haven’t returned my call to set up services. Disappointed.
After being a member for many years, I will be canceling my membership. My credit card was stolen, which prevented my auto pay for membership from being completed. Beyond receiving an obnoxious amount of phone calls and text messages to get this information updated, I was also unable to utilize any of my prepaid credits or make an appt online until I had a new credit card on file. It is unclear to me how this is ethical or appropriate practice, particularly given that my inability to get a service began immediately after my next month’s auto-renew date. Moreover, while most of their staff is quite friendly, I’ve encountered several front desk staff who seem uninterested. I’d rather spend my money on another spa membership/supporting local estheticians and massage therapist businesses. Bummer.
Karen was my massage therapist and that was one of the best massages I have ever had in my entire life. I’ve been so stressed out and it helped a ton. If you ever go to this location, I highly recommend going to Karen!
I was in so much pain and discomfort before I had a massage with Zaida today. Now I am feeling so much better! She has wonderful hands and energy and I’m so appreciative of her work. Highly recommend! Front office staff was also very welcoming and helpful.
I am so thankful for the 2 Massage Therapists that have helped me survive and deal with my chronic pain over the past 5 years - Freddy and Shannon. I need really deep tissue work and both of these PHENOMENAL therapists are so skilled at finding and working out the exact trigger points, knots, pinched nerves and sciatic pain that I’m suffering from each time they see me. They each have made such a difference in my life and my ability to get through some of my really bad days. In addition to the fantastic work they do on me, Shannon is so cool and easy to connect with, and Freddy is kind and caring. I’m so thankful for both of them and can’t say enough about how amazing they are!! God bless them both and the staff that makes my appointments possible. Thank you!!!!!
