I have called Massage Envy at least 4 times to cancel my membership, and I still keep getting charged. I am really frustrated. When I call the girls that answer the phone say we are under a lot of changes, we have new management. I have only gone in for a massage 2 or 3 times and it all started as a gift for mothers day. I thought to myself "this is my start to selfcare" but omg I just want to be done with them

I have been going to this location consistently for several months and could say without doubt that this is my favorite location. Haley has been absolutely wonderful and really knows how to relax my abused muscles from 16 years of construction work. The front desk girls always make feel welcomed and ensure I’m set up for my next appointment before I leave. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone

The staff is very friendly at the front desk. I love the masseuses they do a great job and never disappoint. My only complaint is the app. I wish it was more user friendly in the way that you could manage and see your account. Like see and add or delete payment options. See any credits or coupons you might have. Check your contract and even a clearer picture of your appointments and an easier way to communicate with staff with questions or concerns.

I had cancelled my membership due to the decline of the business. Someone gave me a massage to enjoy for my birthday, and it was such a great experience. I was told that it was under new ownership, and you could definitely tell. It was a great experience. I may consider changing my membership from Massage Heights back to Massage Envy.

I originally had a very poor experience with Lora. I would highly recommend against her when choosing who will massage you. This is my first time being pregnant and having prenatal massages. I was able to leave feedback and massage envy handled that feedback with great care and went above and beyond to correct it. They got me to a different therapist shortly after, Haley, and I had an amazing experience. Haley cued movements and moved my body parts gently throughout the massage, she was very quiet in her movements around the bed allowing me to fully relax, she hit all parts of my body, and was very kind and professional. This is one of the best massages I’ve ever had! Thank you massage envy for turning my experience at this corporation around❤️ The front desk staff and management are very very friendly!❤️
