We've completed a handful of escape rooms here. We have had very positive experiences until today. For almost $200, we expected to have full autonomy in our room and the space to really problem solve as a family. Our "game master", Zooey, kept offering hints when we didn't ask and when we legitimately were not stuck. One hint came after we had realized we needed to say something out loud - which we did about a dozen times - and it was obvious by her walkie-talkie hint that she wasn't paying any attention to our room. It was super frustrating to be treated like we couldn't figure out what ended up being a very solvable room. The few rooms before today were excellent but after this waste of money, we won't be back.
Took my 6 grandkids (ages ranging from 6 to 23) to do the Merry Grinchmas room. The 2 oldest had been to an escape room before but still found the room challenging. The other 4 did a great job finding the clues. The 6 year old got so excited when he unlocked something. We all had a great time & our room host was so helpful!
Just did elf escape with 2 adults and 5 kiddos ages 7-15. Every one of us had a blast!! The game master have us just enough hints that we weren't frustrated and wasting time but also let us work through the challenges. There was a surprise reveal in this room that we all loved!! Highly recommend
We had a group of 9 ranging in ages from 10-50. Everyone was able to contribute to our escape and an everyone had a blast. It was a great way to spend time with family over the holidays. The Home Alone theme was perfect for our group!
My daughter does an escape rooms every year for her birthday. This was the first time we tried mastermind room escape and we will most definitely be back! We did “the shed” and had Zooey as the our game master. The room was great, just challenging enough, interesting, and fun! Zooey helped us when we got a combination right but our user error prevented us from going forward. She noticed it right away and helped us keep our game going. It was a really great experience and I would highly recommend it
