I started coming here recently as I was in search of a place that could handle my cars safety inspection quick. I was so impressed with their business I have made them my new go-to repair shop. The owners are nice, are attentive to detail, and give a reasonable price for issues to fix. I've been to many in the area who were either overpriced or just rubbed me the wrong way, and this shop exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend using them as they run a great shop!
Stacy and the mechanics at Master Tech are very thorough and do excellent work. I had my Pontiac G6 2006 to dealership and they kept it for almost a month waiting for parts or fix one then something else would go wrong. Dealership guys just had lack of communication and basically not good. NOW ! took to Master Tech and wonderful communication, great knowledge of car and were able to get me in and repaired quickly. It was New Years Eve and I’ve been super busy with academics. Stephanie was super sweet and could fit me in when everything was booked. Car Inspection was done before the time intended, before closing (5pm). My windshield wipers were installed else where and has been screeching for a while now. They changed it ($43-45). Usually it’s hard to go to a trust worthy professionals who do not find things to charge. This is definitely a trust worthy place in my opinion. I’m very grateful to Stephanie. She usually responds in few minutes or immediately. To have a great team is one and Stephanie is definitely one of people who makes the team great. Thank you so much, Stephanie. They are able to work on my Smart Car when many shops will not touch them. I worked with Stephanie to get the quote done and she was very easy to contact via text and phone, and their online system to view and sign-off on quotes was easy to understand. There were items I decided I could do myself and I was never pressured to do anything I didn't want and that is a big plus for me. I had an inspection, then brake work and general maintenance done, turnaround time was quick. (1 day for inspection and me to confirm quotes, and 1 1/2 days for parts to come in and work done)
One word! Awesome. What a great find. We needed to have 2 cars inspected so we can get them registered in VA and they were recommended to us. They helped us stage the appointments so we could have one car at all times. They found out that our Explorer was not going to pass due to tie rod end badly worn and they were able to get the parts and install new ones, do the alignment, and get it through inspection on time and at a fair price. The car drives like new again. Both cars are ready to register. Thanks to the team there for the great effort. Update: August 8 2024. Master Tech to the rescue again. My Focus ST had aftermarket mudflaps poorly installed and the driver's rear flap was damaged by badly aligned car wash. The inner splash liner and connectors were damaged as well. I was able to zip tie things up and get the car to Master Tech. They're always busy because they do good work at reasonable prices. See before photos. Check back for after photos.
