Boston was fantastic, honest, friendly and patient. We interviewed quite a few realtors and what sets Boston apart from the rest is his communication. We never got lost in his words, he was straight to the point and extremely thorough with everything we needed to know. We were never left wondering what was next or what was going on. He walked us through the process and gave recommendations based on his experience but never pressured us into a decision. He followed our lead the whole time. At one point we considered renting our home out and after a conversation with Boston realized that was a terrible idea. He pointed out that we were coming up on some high cost home maintenance and we were only looking to rent for a few years-we’d end up losing money. At another point in the process we were being stubborn about accepting an offer. He respected our position but suggested we accept the offer and be more conservative when it came to the inspection repair request. We agreed and it worked out really well for us in the end. When we contacted him to move forward with getting our house on the market, he made it happen in a matter of days moving mountains to get it done. This was our first time selling a home and I have no doubt in my mind it would have been 100 times more stressful without Boston.
