Paid admission for two kids and it honestly felt like a ripoff. The zip line was broken, multiple attractions weren’t operable, and there were no staff members on the floors monitoring or helping. Large parts of the place were basically unusable. For what this costs, everything should be running and supervised. Won’t be coming back unless major changes are made. We drove 4 hrs to get here as well. Never again.

You’re very impressed with this trampoline park. The all day jump is an amazing deal. All of the employees are very attentive and friendly. The location is clean and it is very safe. There was only one entrance and exit so kids cannot slip by you while you are there and no one could grab your kids and run out without you seeing it. I highly commend this place.

beware toddler parents: their “toddler time 11am-1pm” does not mean toddlers only time it’s means “reduced pricing for toddlers during this time”. while we were there for toddler time 2 buses full of middle schoolers showed up. it seems really misleading and unsafe to me. also the box of chemicals just sitting on the floor in the “toddler area” seems unsafe as well. we paid $30 for our son to be confined to a tiny portion of the park or be nearly trampled by pre teens for 1 hour.

We took grandson and he had a Blast. It's a place to take the grand kids to get them to jump all their energy out and malo out after a candy rush.

Brought my son and 4 of his friends to come jump for his birthday. All they really wanted was to go down the zip line. When we got there 2 of the young male employees said it would be 20 mins to fix it. 2 hours later after they decided to stop sitting and gabbing and close time was approaching they decided to get up and actually begin fixing it. We spent over $100 to jump and eat and the one thing that my boy loves at this place that they wanted to do most they couldn't even do. It wasn't even packed. We had most of the place to ourselves. This was taken at 7pm. We got here at 5pm. It's now 715 and they have decided to sit back down and not finish fixing the zipline. Thanks alot for a ruined birthday. I just looked over all the reviews from this past year and the people of Lubbock have spoken, this place sucks. Close it down.
