Excellent customer service and quality. Was quoted $80 and a two weeks wait for my bracelet repair at another jeweler in the mall, but was recommended Maya’s by the folks at Kay. Very friendly from the moment I walk through the doors, told me the repair would be no problem, and got straight to work. Offered me beverages for the 5-10 minute wait, chatted about some other items and small talk, and $35 later I’m out the door with a clean functional bracelet. Will definitely be returning for my jewelry needs. Highly recommend!! Even threw in a polishing cloth for future cleaning.
I couldn't recommend Maya Caroleena Jewelers enough! My fiance and I were looking for my forever ring a few weeks ago. We walked into a couple big jeweler places in the mall and felt like we weren't being listened to and that the salespeople only cared about how much they could sell us on. Honestly, that was pretty discouraging. Then, we walked into Maya Caroleena and the atmosphere was completely different! They made us feel special. We had an idea for what I wanted and had a few questions about it. Avery was super helpful and let me try on a few different options and ask questions the whole way through. We never felt like they only cared about a sale. They only cared that we got something we love. We put in our order (custom ring) on 10/13 and said it would be ready in about 3-4 weeks. Today is 10/30 and we just went to pick it up and it is absolutely stunning! Not only is their jewelery jaw dropping, but their amazing customer service is unparalleled. Maya Caroleena Jewelers is the only way to go!
From start to finish, from the initial visit to see inside to signing on the dotted line, from the first idea to the final design, every part of the process for creating a custom engagement ring at Maya Caroleena was seamless, simple, and enjoyable. Monda and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about ensuring each customer gets exactly what they’re looking for. Unlike other stores, at no point did my now fiancée and I feel like they were just trying to make a sale—they genuinely cared about our experience and making the ring we wanted, at a very affordable price, too! If you’re wondering if a relatively small, family-owned shop like this is worth it, or if the quality and desirable price points are there, I can absolutely say it is and they are. My fiancée and I cannot recommend Maya Caroleena enough to any person or couple who is looking for that special ring or other piece of fine jewelry. I've been looking at engagement rings for about 10 months and have checked out MANY shops. I was drawn to this one because it's close to where I live and woman-owned. Ultimately, my fiancée and I got our engagement rings here and we're so happy with them. We had a nontraditional engagement (chose the day we were going to propose and got the rings the day of). It was chaotic in a good way, and the owners were able to accommodate us. My fiancée has been against the idea of wearing a ring since we started dating, but once he tried his ring on, he actually loved it. I was impressed with their selection of men's bands. And the engagement rings with diamonds on them are just... BEAUTIFUL. The shop only accepts excellent cut lab diamonds, which is amazing for me because I know the diamond was ethically sourced and it's SO shiny. I've been wearing it for a week now and I'm in love with it. The pictures don't do a justice. It doesn't just shine in the shop. It shines everywhere I go. Oh, and I forgot to mention, the rings were reasonably priced, which is a huge win!!!! I tried on a similar ring at Jared's, with a lower grade diamond (same size) and it was 2k more. The owners are super sweet people. They've reiterated to us that whenever we pass by the shop to always come in a get a free polish and say hello. I'm very happy we chose to get our rings from this jewelry store.
Absolutely amazing expertise and experience!! Came in here to buy my girlfriend’s ring and some studs for her Christmas present and they took care of me!! Love coming here they are like family and will Keep coming back
