Worst store and worst customer service ever , I bought expensive watch but they did not have stock, told me to wait for few weeks until they get stock from Switzerland. After one and half month I have been told to choose any other watch as it is stilled delayed to get the same watch that I ordered. I did wanted to wait due to uncertainty of delivery of mu chosen watch so I choose other watch which was relatively cheaper. Staff told me that they need to get manager’s approval to refund $50 from the money I already paid upfront while booking my first watch. Since then I visited the store multiple times and it’s already been 8 months still has not received any refund of my hard earn money. Every time when I visit the store to follow up they says to send follow up email to regional manager of Canberra and tell me to wait they will call me as soon as they will receive response . It is already been few months but still no response only wait. Never going to buy anything from them. Pls give me my hard earned money back.
I recently purchased a top brand luxury watch for my husband from this store. The shopping experience was amazing. Binkie, (ASM) was brilliant, I found her to be very knowledgeable and exceptionally good at customer service snd sales. It was a very pleasant interaction. The selection at the store was varied and we found the exact product that we were looking for. The ambiance of the store was positive and inviting. We travelled to Canberra especially for this purchase and the experience at the store was totally worth it. We are definitely going to visit the store again!
Bought a Rado watch from Blinkie and was absolutely impressed with the service provided. I had a change of mind twice, and so whilst I was embarrassed with my frequent changes, Blinkie served me without any complaints. Great service overall, thank you!
