Garrett and his crew are amazing ! I swung in to vaccume and wipe down my gmc, and saw they had complementary towels as well. I used one, and noticed it doesn't fog up my glass! So, I went in and asked if I could buy some. They looked at me and said, everyone steals them, no one asks! I also found out Garrett the manager here on maple, washes them and folds them at home. He does thst in his own time! Swing in and tell them what a great job they are doing :) super great group of people. I took a photo of their scan on one towel Screen shot it, use your Google lens on your phone and check in to their page! Highly recommend this place.

I went in this afternoon and it was great not many places do a prewash or a good one if they do and this place does, which is awesome. You can’t do much with 20 dollars anymore these days, you get the top wash and free vacuums with clean rags I dunno I might become a member. GREAT JOB

You suck!!! We've had a monthly membership since you opened. There have been occasional issues but nothing too bad. This last two months have been so scammy. They changed their system but didn't tell us until we drive through. The first time we were told that our barcode stickers won't work and we'll need our phone number. Phone number given, car wash received. That worked until today. First try I had to leave because a man was throwing a fit at the gate and both gates were not able to work. Several of us had to just leave. I picked up my granddaughter and went back two hours later. This time I'm told that they don't know what I'm talking about in regards to the phone number thing. Now, they have license plate readers. Again, years now and only the one car and whatever their system is, it's not reading my license plate. I'm going back to Mister. They're a little further away but I never had an issue with our monthly service and they always took care of any issues.

My fiance, and I had went to Mega Wash on September 2, 2025. The attendant was helpful in placing our car wash order. No issues there, but after the car wash, we pulled up to the chain link to use their vacuum. Nobody came to unlock the chain. There was another attendant disposing of the trash resepticles. He noticed us sitting there, as he walked passed our car. Later, spent money to use another vacuum. Free vacuum with wash? Not for us apparently. 3/5 stars.

I’ve been happy since I changed from the other major car wash until today. Upon entering, the reader display said that there was no account associated with my sticker number. I was just there two days ago and there is no payment issue. I was then told that I had to pay again today for my membership because they were changing the system (there were people working on it when I was there) but there is no way I was going to give my card information again since my monthly payment just was paid on the 1st. I was told I had to pay again with the new system. It was super sketchy. I told them to forget it, I wasn’t paying double just because they were updating their system. Something isn’t right. I called my bank to tell them to block all future payments because when I asked the car wash guy to just cancel my membership, he said he didn’t know how. Back to the self serve car wash for me. This was a joke. It feels very scammy and I am not taking the bait.
