We could not have asked for a better caterer for our wedding. From the very first conversation, Memoirs was professional, organized, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. Shoutout to Taylor! And after the tasting, we knew this was a no-brainer. The food was absolutely incredible - beautifully presented, full of flavor, and received endless compliments from our guests. The service on the wedding day was flawless. The staff was attentive, friendly, and handled everything seamlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy our celebration without worrying about a thing. Timing was perfect, dietary needs were handled with care, and every detail was executed exactly as promised. Memoirs went above and beyond and played a huge role in making our wedding unforgettable. If you’re looking for a caterer who delivers exceptional food, outstanding service, and total peace of mind, look no further. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Oh man where to start?! We were on the hunt for a caterer for our wedding. Had reviewed several but one or another didn’t seem to fit the bill. Then we randomly received multiple recommendations to check Memoirs out and are SO GLAD we did!! From the tasting to the wrap up for our wedding, Taylor, Annette, Chef John and the Memoirs team was so amazing! The team was professional, had great communication, easy to work with, worked incredibly well with our other vendors, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of . We even had some of our guests tell us their food is some of best food they’ve had, and not just at a wedding! Highly recommend their team for any event you have!

If I could go back in time to eat the food at our wedding again, I would do it in a heartbeat! Memoirs absolutely crushed it. Professional, accommodating, friendly, helpful… the list goes on and on. They made planning a destination wedding at Kualoa Ranch so seamless. From our initial tasting to numerous emails and calls - Taylor + team always answered our questions quickly and helped curate the perfect menu for our guests. When my husband and I finally got to sit down at our reception we were greeted with two yummy cocktails and all the apps we missed out on at cocktail hour because we were off taking our sunset photos. Chef John personally brought us our amazing dinner (short rib, salmon, taro mash, pumpkin gnocchi) and congratulated us on our marriage! We had a candle that wouldn’t stay lit at our sweetheart table and one of the Memoirs staff noticed it and swapped it out (not even their job, but went above and beyond). We felt strongly about having a late night snack and they made sure it was served at the end of the night with our "doggie bags". They also were one of the last vendors to leave. They cleaned up our entire wedding and sent us home with all the leftover food, which I think is great that no food went wasted! 10/10 recommend Memoirs for your wedding or special event. Our guests still talk about how incredible the food and service was!

We hired Memoirs for our Hawaiian wedding this June. Not only were the food and drinks incredible, the service was absolutely next-level. Our guests noticed how professional the staff were. They were hardly noticeable, but there when needed. The transitions between courses was well-timed and it was evident how experienced and professional everyone was. Many guests commented on how delicious the food was, including my uncle who has been in the food industry for decades. We were also able to do a tasting a few months before the wedding and the entire experience was so special. We met the staff, including Annette and Taylor, who were super nice and accommodating. We had so much fun tasting the menu, including selecting cocktails, and getting to spend time with these professionals! Serving great food and drinks was a top priority for our wedding and hiring Memoirs was one of the best decisions we made. We highly recommend them if you are looking for top-quality service and incredible food/drinks on your special day.

Their team is quick to respond to emails and any questions that we had. The service was impeccable, with every detail taken care of smoothly and professionally.
