Dr. Andy Nguyen is the best, I've been going to him for about 2 years. I get the vampire facial which is the microneedling with PRP. I was nervous about doing it the first time so I asked him a lot of questions, and he was able to answer them and made me feel comfortable. He makes sure I'm numb before the procedure and will also ask me if I'm okay at the beginning. I don't tell anybody what I just got done but surely, a few days later, people will ask me, did you do something because your face is glowing. Not only do people tell me, but I notice a difference in my skin.
I went in to get my lip filled. I had prior lip filler and it had migrated and honestly wasn't happy about how they were looking and then I seen Alanas page and noticed she had pretty lips and her clients had pretty lips. I wasn't expecting her to fix my previous girls work because you just can't expect miracles, but Alana did a freaken amazing job, she did more than expected and did exactly what I wanted. She is the real deal, professional and definitely an artist. You guys better book with her because she will do a beautiful job sculpting you like a masterpiece. I'm very happy and impressed to be honest because many do what she does, but they don't have the artist beauty and her hands will turn everything she touches to gold. She's worth the price!
This place is absolutely amazing. I’ve been coming here for a while now to get PRP treatments done and I have had such a great experience. The staff here are really friendly at the front desk and the doctor is absolutely amazing. He’s such a great guy and super knowledgeable, and very honest with setting expectations, I have talked to him about so many things and concerns, and he has touched base on every single question and is super patient and understanding! He will go into depth and explain every single thing we could do to try to attack it in the best way possible since hair loss is such a time sensitive issue….he takes all that in consideration to try to get the best results for his patients!! he even has showed so many results of patients of his that have had such a dramatic change in their hair because of the path he has taken them through to see improvement! He also has unbeatable prices compared to other competitors, so I would definitely recommend coming to this location if you are in need of a certain hair growth or treatment, even if you need to get a hair transplant!!!
My procedure was a hair transplant (FUE) I am still in the early stages but I am very happy with everything. The entire staff is incredible from the front desk to the doctors The outstanding service and the cost of the procedure by far exceeded my expectations They did not try to pressure you into buying more grafts, products or any other procedures. They don't try to sway you any of your decisions for their financial favor and that is something I highly value. Dr Nguyen and Dr Shy are total "pros" they are honest, personable and there are no ego’s that get in the way. The doctors participate in all aspects of the visit from the first visit greeting / consultation through the procedure. My wife went to MEND for a different procedure and had the same exact experience as myself. I highly recommend MEND!!!
Ich habe mich direkt so willkommen und geliebt gefühlt, als ich hereinkam! Meine Krankenschwester Katelyn, Dr Shy und Dr Nguyen waren super freundlich und haben sich ständig nach mir erkundigt. Ich hatte keine Überraschungen bei der Microneedling-PRP-Behandlung, auch bekannt als Vampire Facial. Der Prozess war super schmerzfrei, detailliert und ich kann es kaum erwarten, meine Nachher-Fotos und die weiteren Sitzungen zu sehen! MEND-Team, ganz klar 😊
