I wandered into Merchant in the Perth Airport as an afterthought and am SO glad I did! The beautiful Indigenous handicrafts took my breath away and the incredible customer service provided by Ana was second to none. I purchased several embroidered leather cosmetics bags, clutches, totes, a candle holder, and mug as gifts..and plan to stop in on my way back through to shop for myself! Seriously: make time to stop in. You won't be sorry.
Im beyond than happy with the service received for Ana. I had my suitcase broken in the last minute before taking my flight she was so attentive, helpful and professional with me. Thank you for your help moving all my stuff! Also I'm very impressed with the quality of the suitcases they sell
Flying to Melbourne from Perth and saw some suitcases I was already getting prices on in Melbourne. There was no price displayed so I walked around the rather large store and finally found a salesperson who seemed to pretend to not see me so I said excuse me , no smile from him at all, he was putting t shirts in the shelf and I asked about the cases. He was totally disinterested but just said the price of the beauty case and check in size . I then asked for the price on the larger case and again not in a friendly tone said “only what’s there” I was not happy as I was a genuine customer but he made me feel like a pest!!!
Ana Banana gave me really personable service in selecting gifts and essentials. She was friendly, thoughtful and very helpful. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.
Ana was awesome- so friendly, courteous and helpful. Wrapped the present for me so when I get off my flight I can give the gift straight away. Such a great experience in the shop.
