I had a wonderful experience yesterday. Everyone was extremely pleasant with wide smiles on their face. Matt assisted me with my first Rolex. I felt very comfortable and couldn’t be happier. He took time to explain everything about the watch and reassured if I ever had any issues to reach out to him directly. The watch is beautiful! This place has a customer for life.
Nanette went above and beyond in helping my fiancé and I pick out our wedding rings. It was such a special experience getting to create my dream ring with her assistance. I went in with a very specific vision and she executed it perfectly. My fiancé also loved getting to create a custom band using the Lashbrook software in store. This was a nice feature and allowed us to better visualize what his ring would look like. Cannot recommend Merkley’s and Nanette enough!
I can’t say enough about Merkley Kendrick and their customer service and attention to detail. Recently, my wedding ring was stolen while in Colorado, and I was devastated. I loved my ring and had it for 27 years. Brian and Shannon were so helpful, knowledgeable and patient with the whole process of designing a new ring. Their customer service is top notch, really the best customer service in Louisville in my opinion. Every step of the way, Brian and Shannon made sure we were informed and happy with the process and final product. My new ring is absolutely stunning, and once again they have exceeded our expectations. Thanks Brain and team!
I brought a customized wedding ring set to them for resizing as the person who created it made it a good 1/2 size too big. He didnt know how to resize it without compromising some of the customized features that were important to us. Merkley Kendrick resized it perfectly, preserving all of the features we wanted preserved. I can't thank them enough! I would recommend them a million times over. Colleen, Rachael, and their jeweler were all prompt, good communicators, had the eye for detail, and made things happen!
My husband and I are celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and were shopping a vintage engagement ring that we were unable to find 20 years ago. Everyone at MK was amazingly helpful and great to work with...and we found THE ring I had always dreamed of!! Would highly recommend MK if you are looking for that special piece of jewelry.
